It was in the summer of 1997, while Arnetta Bailey and her family were living and worshipping in Indianapolis, that a young man in her church came to her and said, "The Lord told me you would help my mother."

- Mentees — Women of Hope. Women at risk who are challenged economically, socially, and spirtually.
